3. Secure with cable ties at the bottom of the scale and at the top of the mast.

4. Slowly and carefully extend the mast to all positions to confirm that the cable isn’t pulled too tight or that

there are no pinch points along the way.

5. Check for proper signal cable clearance as the side shifter (if used), is moved back and forth.

6. DO NOT plug the power connector into the bottom of the indicator until power hookup is

completed.

Supplying Power to the Two-Channel iQube Using a Lithium-Ion Battery

If using a wireless version of the CLS-420, the CLS scale uses a supplied lithium-ion battery to supply power. The
wireless version of the CLS-420 does not come with a coiled cable. The lithium-ion battery is located on the top of
the cover plate in a painted enclosure.
