Power LED Indicator
Power LED
Engine Status
No power is being delivered to the Engine
Blinking
Engine is booting, but not yet running.
Engine is on and functioning normally.
Engine is experiencing a problem. Call
Redwood Support.
Port LED Indicators
Each port on the Engine has an LED to communicate status. After a period of inactivity, the
LEDs are turned off to save energy. You can check the status by pressing the Show Status
button on the Engine’s faceplate.

No device connection is detected on this port.
Engine recognizes the device connection.
Blinking
Engine is updating the firmware of an
Adapter or Gateway.
Either the connected Fixture is in the process
of being discovered by the Engine, or there is
an error after discovery.
Ethernet LED Indicator
Ethernet LED
Ethernet Status
An Ethernet connection is not detected on
this port.
Blinking
Engine recognizes an active Ethernet
connection.
