Viewing, Printing, Exporting, and
Deleting Data in the Data Window
The GX-2009 logs four types of data files: calibration history,
interval trend data, alarm trend data, and event data.
You can view, print, and export (save to a file) each of these
types of data files. All of these types of data files can also be
deleted. The deleting of files is password protected and is
described in “Deleting Data in the Data Window” on page 60.
NOTE: If the GX-2009 Data Logger Management Program
database is on the user’s computer (default setting),
data will only appear for instruments downloaded to that
computer. If the database is on a network, data will
appear for all instruments downloaded to that database.

Data Window
All the data, other than the most recent calibration and bump
test information that is accessible in the Last Calibration
Window, can be accessed in the Data Window. The Data
Window is accessed by clicking Data along the right side of the
program window.
