4.1 Atlas
The instrument comes with either one mouse or one rat brain atlas installed. Contact Leica
Microsystems to see what other animal atlases are available.
Click Select Atlas to choose an atlas. The atlas consists of a series of coronal plates displayed in
the center of the screen. The position of the current plate relative to the rest of the brain is shown
in the top left corner. Click Rostral and Caudal to move through the coronal plates.
