The Block Type ID Parameter contains an ID which describes the block type. The
block type ID of the "Pirani Transducer Block" is set to "13". The other defined
block types are listed in Appendix B.
This bit mapped byte parameter provides the following additional information of the
PxG55x sensor (PIR):

This bit is set ("1") if the ProcessValue PV is below the parameter Underrange
(ID 45) of the Pirani sensor instance (
→ 39).
• Overrange Exceeded
This bit is set ("1") if the ProcessValue PV is above the parameter Overrange
(ID 44) of the Pirani sensor instance (
→ 39).
• Reading invalid
This bit represents the logical inversion of the parameter "Reading Valid"
(ID 23) of the Pirani sensor instance (
→ 39).
This parameter contains the following information:

• SF = Sensor Element Failure
• EF = Electronics Failure
This byte is always "0". (The PIR Sensor does not produce any warnings)
This parameter is used to switch the Pirani off or on (by using an automatic or
manual mode) in case of special gases used in the process.
