USN72 Booster Conversion Instructions - Kit P/N 453393
Removing the Champion CH-60 Booster Assembly
from the Top of the Dishwasher
1. Disconnect the plumbing from
the existing booster
2. Retain the plumbing until the
conversion is complete.
3. Disconnect the main power
from the booster.
4. New sealtite and cable type
LSTSGU-3 will be required by
installing activities to convert
the Fenwall High Limit Thermostat.
5. Disconnect the sealtite conduit
and wires from the Fenwall High
Limit Thermostat.
6. New sealtite and cable type
LSTSGU-3 will be required by
installing activities in order
to rewire the control wiring to
the C57 Modified booster.
7. Check the top interior of the
dishwasher and locate the 4
bolts holding the CH60 booster
to the top exterior of the
machine.
8. Remove the bolts and carefully
remove the CH-60 booster
assembly from the top of the
dishwasher.
Disconnect Existing plumbing from the CH-60 booster.
Fenwall High Limit Thermostat
Disconnect Existing Wiring from the CH-60 booster.
