MERGENCY OPERATIONS ON THE CARRIAGE
:
MOVING THE PLATFORM STABILISERS USING THE
HAND PUMP TO ALLOW THE MACHIE TO BE TRANSPORTED
To raise the stabilisers from the ground in order to be able to transport the machine, proceed
as follows:
‑ Check that the machine is completely closed and aligned;
‑ remove the protection sump from the track part distributors
compartment;
‑ use the appropriate devices to completely tighten the two
proportional valves mounted on the two distributors (A);
‑ to move the left outriggers, take the diverter on the manual
hydraulic pump into the corresponding position; manually
switch‑over the overhead‑track part diverter by acting on the
fuse in the centre of the magnets, using the relevant hand
wheel positioned in the electric components compartment ;
‑ act on the ON‑OFF coil levers (B) to enable the desired move‑
ment and simultaneously act on the hand pump to send oil
to the movement (photo C);
‑ to move the right outriggers, take the diverter on the manual
hydraulic pump into the corresponding position;
‑ act on the ON‑OFF coil levers (B) to enable the desired
movement and simultaneously act on the hand pump to
send oil to the movement (photo C);
‑ at the end of this emergency operation, completely loosen
the knob on the right and left side track distributor propor‑
tional valve, completely loosen the knob of the track/aerial
part diverter, remove it and put it back in the electric com‑
ponents compartment (see photo), re‑position the protec‑
tion on the distributors.
