Note: Machines built prior to S/N28190 use cylin-
ders p/n 1682243 or 1682593 which use a T-seal.
When rebuilding these cylinders JLG recommends
using the seal kit listed below per specific model
(40RTS or 33/25RTS) and a p/n 3480214 piston in
place of the original components. The p/n 3480214
piston uses 1 lock ring and 1 seal. If the p/n
3480214 piston has already been installed, the new,
unused piston can be returned to JLG. Machines
built S/N 28190 to present use cylinders p/n
1683465 or 1683466 which already use the p/n
3480214 piston. Ref.
