([SHULPHQW VLPXODWLRQ
In many cases it is helpful to perform gross calorific value experiments or to calcu-
late possible experiment results without actually performing the combustion experi-
ment. Using the 6LPXODWLRQ dialog box in the ([SHULPHQWV menu box, the calorimeter
system simulates experiments on the basis of data that is provided.
This option is especially useful if a calibration was unintentionally performed instead
of a determination of a gross calorific value or vice-versa. This can be corrected
through simulation by using the increase in temperature of the misinterpreted meas-
urement.

Open the Simulation dialog box in the Experiments menu window.

the simulation will be performed.
