Vi sually check the lan yard an chor points to see that
they are not de formed cut off or loose.

Visually inspect the platform guardrails to see that
none of the tubing has been cut out, removed, or
deformed in any way.
Visually check the guardrail welds to see that none
is cracked nor ground down.

that the light flashes at ap prox i mately one flash per
sec ond when the mo tor key switch is turned on.
