Check if “DHCP Enabled” is displayed in the IP
Addresses field. The Default gateways field
should be blank.
• If “DHCP Enabled” is not displayed in the
IP Addresses field, set it again starting
from Step 8.
• If an IP address is displayed in the Default
gateways field, highlight the IP address
and click the Remove button.

Click the DNS tab and check the “DNS server
addresses, in order of use:” field is blank. Next,
click the OK button.
If an IP address is displayed in the
“DNS server addresses, in order of use:”
field, highlight the IP address and click the
Remove button.
