Send the request to a CA already on the network
Request the certification to the existing Certification Authority via
network.
Computer name
Specify the computer name to be requested the certification.
Parent CA
Specify the Certification Authority name which issues the
certificates.
Save the request to a file
If you will be making a request destined for a commercial CA or a
CA that is not accessible from the network, select this item to save
the request certificates to a file.
Request file
Specify the file name for requesting certificates.
