[Forward Mode] Select the forwarding mode.

[Forward Address] Specify the forwarding address for fax or e-mail.
Range: Up to 50 characters (Fax), 64 characters (E-mail)

[Footer Enable] Select whether or not the footer is printed.

can be used to supply paper when printing received
