Printing With This Machine When Account Track Settings Have Been
Applied
When the account track settings on this machine have been specified, you
must enter a password when printing a job.

Note
If a print job is sent using a department name or password that is not a
registered account on this machine or if a job is sent without the “Account
Track” check box selected, the job is deleted without being authenticat-
ed by this machine.
When the account authentication settings are specified on this machine,
the authentication operation restriction function is in mode 2, and the au-
thentication information is not entered correctly, the applicable account
is locked and cannot be accessed.
The three printer drivers that can be set on this machine are as follows:
Konica Minolta PCL Printer Driver for Windows
Konica Minolta PostScript Printer Driver for Windows 2000/XP/Server
2003
Konica Minolta PostScript PPD Printer Driver for Mac OS X

Note
If printing is not allowed, printing cannot be performed even when used
by a registered account.
