Specify the storage location for the form data, and then enter the file
name in the “File name” box.

Click the [Save] button.

Select the file, and then click the [OK] button.
– The Print dialog box appears again.

Click the [OK] button.
Instead of executing a print job, the form data is saved. The file exten-
sion is “.kmf”.

Note
When the overlay data that was created consists of multiple pages, the
first page of data is registered as an overlay.
From the Overlay tab, the selected form data can be deleted by clicking
the [Delete Overlay File] button.
