System Tab — User Authentication — User Information
Click the System tab, click “User Authentication”, and then click “User Infor-
mation” in the sub-menu that appeared.
The information of the user that is logged in is displayed.

The user information is not displayed if you have not logged in as a user.
Item Description
User Information Displays the user name.
Function Permission Displays whether each function of this machine can be used.
Output Permission (Print/
Transmission) Displays whether the output function of this machine can be used.
Counter Information Displays the maximum value and the current counter.
