System Tab — Account Track Information
Click the System tab, and then click “Account Track Information” in the
menu.
The account track information of the user that is logged in is displayed.

The account track information is not displayed if the account track func-
tion is not enabled on this machine.
Job Tab
From the “Job” tab, you can check jobs managed by this machine.
Item Description
Account Track Information Displays the department name.
Output Permission (Print/
Transmission) Displays whether the output function of this machine can be used.
Counter Information Displays the maximum value and the current counter.
