To prevent jams and damage to your machine, do not use the following:
- Creased paper
- Wrinkled paper
- Folded paper
- Curled paper
- Torn paper
- Carbon paper
- Moist paper
- Paper previously printed on by a printer
- Paper with holes
- Envelopes with pressure seals
- Extremely shiny or highly textured paper
- Paper which has been printed on using a thermal transfer printer
- Back side of printed paper
