9 Dismantling and repairs
Warning
Risk of injury from ejected components.
When the securing ring is dismantled,
high spring forces and/or the existng
stroke air throw the piston cover outĆ
wards.
S Make sure that the securing ring (S) on
the underside of the DFST does not
become loose.
The stopper cylinder is usually opened,
e.g. for repair purposes, only by
undoing the screw connection between
flange cover and cylinder pipe.
S Make use of the opportunity to have your DFST overhauled by our repair
service.
S Exhaust the complete system and the device.
