4 Conditions of use
Please note
Incorrect handling can result in malfunctioning.
S Ensure that the specifications in this chapter are always observed.
S Compare the maximum values specified in
these operating instructions with those of
your actual application (e.g. forces,
torques, temperatures, masses, speeds).
Operation of the product in compliance
with the relevant safety regulations is
contingent on adherence to the load
limits.
S Take into consideration the ambient conditions at the location of use.
Corrosive environments reduce the service life of the DFST.
S Ensure that there is a supply of correctly
prepared compressed air.
S Maintain the selected medium for the
complete service life of the product.
Example:
if non−lubricated compressed air is used
at the beginning, always use non−lubriĆ
cated compressed air.
S Slowly pressurize the complete system.
There will then not be any uncontrolled
movements.
For slow start−up pressurization use
safety start−up valve type HEL.
S Please comply with national and local
safety laws and regulations.
S Remove all transport packaging such as foils, caps, cartons (except for plugs in
the pneumatic connections).
The packing is intended for recycling (except for: oiled paper = other waste).
S Unauthorised product modification is not permitted.
