Î Drive sweeper on to a smooth, even
surface covered with a visible layer of
dust or chalk.
Î Lower side-brushes and allow them to
briefly rotate.
Î The side-brushes lift up.
Î Drive machine backwards.
Î Check sweeping mirror.
The width of the sweeping track should lie
between 40-50 mm.
Adjusting the sweeping track:
Î
Adjust the sweeping track width by ad-
justing the stopper.
– Turning the screw in clock-wise direc-
tion: Sweeping track becomes smaller
– Turn the screw in anti-clockwise direc-
tion: Sweeping track becomes bigger
Î Check sweeping mirror.
Î Lock parking brake.
Î The side-brushes lift up.
Î Loosen hand nuts.
Î Remove the wiper blade.
Î Fix in the new wiper blade.
Î Unscrew the container lid.
Î Fill up the water tank:
Note
Do not insert the water hose to fill the water
tank (avoids water getting sucked back in).
Water level indicator for the water tank
Î Unscrew rear cover.
Î Close locking tap.
Î Loosen the union joint.
Î Open locking tap.
Note
Ensure that the water flowing out does not
cause any damage.
Î Unscrew rear cover.
Î Close locking tap.
Î Loosen the union joint.
Î Unscrew the water filter casing.
Î Clean or replace the water filter.
Î Clean the water filter casing.
Î Check rubber washers.
Î Unscrew the covering nut.
Î Pull out the spray nozzle.
Î Remove washer ring.
Î Clean the spray nozzle.

Î Drain off the suction opening.
Î Loosen the fastening screws on the
sides of the rollers.
Î Adjust the rollers using the adjustment
screw in such a way that the side-strips
touch the floor at the front and have a
clearance of 18 mm at the rear.
Î Tighten the fastening screws of the roll-
ers.
Î Raise suction opening.
Note
You need to replace the rollers if they can-
not be lowered up to the floor.
Î Drain off the suction opening.
