Measurement Reset (aXZM)
This command is used to interrupt all ongoing measurements of the
transmitter and start them from the beginning.
Command format in ASCII and NMEA 0183: aXZM
Command format in SDI-12: aXZM!
Example (ASCII):

0XZM!0 (= device address)
Example (NMEA 0183):
