6. Install caster wheel and thread block into caster arm using two hexhead bolts.
WARNING! When moving the cabinet with the casters installed, the cabinet must be raised no
higher than two inches from the floor to maintain stability.
When transferring cabinet between casters and pallet, the caster legs should be raised/lowered
in unison to maintain stability.
Positioning the Seismic Rack
WARNING! To prevent personal injury and damage to the rack:
•
Have at least two people move the rack on a level floor. If the floor is uneven, use at least
four people.
•
When pushing the rack, push on the rack frame only. Do not push or pull on the enclosure
doors.
•
Do not push on the (longer) sides of the rack. Push from the shorter front or rear of the rack
only.
•
Check that the area where you intend to install the rack and the path to the area are clean
and that the floor surface is smooth.
