Name
Mandatory
Specifies the address on which the NSASJ listens for remote
connections. For example, 15.154.120.44. This has no default
value.
BIND_ADDRESS
CAUTION:
This value is populated during NSASJ setup. Manually
modifying this value requires modifications to the domain.xml,
proxy-conf.xml
of OpenPortmapper, and configuration files of
cache servers.
Mandatory
Specifies the base port from which the ports that NSASJ internally
uses is derived. This has no default value.
BASE_PORT
CAUTION:
This value must not be modified at all. There are quite
a few port numbers that are derived from this base port during the
product setup.
Optional
Specifies the name of the provider that must be used when the
NonStop server is configured with multiple TCP/IP provider
processes. The default value is $ZTC0. For example, $ZTC3.
TCPIP_PROVIDER
Mandatory
Specifies the full path of the NSJ7 installation. This has no default
value. For example, /usr/tandem/java.
JAVA_HOME
NOTE:
If this is modified, then the new location must refer to a
valid NSJ7 installation.
Mandatory
Specifies the user input during installation. By default it is considered
as 32bit. However, user can stop NSASJ Servers, modify this to
JAVA_MODE
appropriate values (either 32bit to start NSASJ in 32-bit mode,
or 64bit to start NSASJ in 64-bit mode) and restart NSASJ Servers.
Optional
If present, and if the value is true, then the script skips configuring
the XX-SERVER serverclass.
SKIP_SERVER
Optional
If present, and if the value is true, then the script skips configuring
the XX-HC serverclass.
SKIP_HC
Optional
If present, and if the value is true, then the script skips configuring
the XX-PM serverclass.
SKIP_PM
Optional
If present, and if the value is true, then the script skips configuring
the XX-CACHE-n serverclass.
SKIP_CACHE
Mandatory
Specifies whether NSASJ servers are configured with process name
identifiers specified in config.prop. It can be either set to true
or false.
NAMED_SERVERS
Mandatory
The process name identifier used by NSASJ Server processes.
SERVER_NAME
Pathway Configuration
Mandatory
Specifies the name of the pathmon process. If the pathmon process
is already running, the start script skips configuring the pathmon.
PATHMON_NAME
CAUTION:
If this value is modified after NSASJ setup, then the
ji.prop
of the OpenPortmapper also needs to be modified.
Optional
Specifies the primary CPU on which the pathmon needs to be
started.
PRIMARY_CPU
The default value is 1.
Optional
Specifies the backup CPU for the pathmon process. The default
value is 0.
BACKUP_CPU
Optional
Specifies the sub volume where the pathway control file is created.
The default value is the default sub volume of the user running the
script.
