Alert Table – This contains the following fields
o
Severity Icon – Displays the severity of the alert. Possible icons are:
- Critical
- Major
- Minor
- Warning
- Information
o
Alert – Displays the alert generated. Possible alerts are:
Used % – alert issued if used % is equal or greater than specified value
Daily Growth – alert issued if daily growth is equal or greater than specified
value
Days to 90% – alert issued if days to 90% is equal or less than specified value
Days to 100% – alert issued if days to 100% is equal or less than specified
value
Free Ext. – alert issued if free extents is equal or greater than specified value
Index Level – alert issued if a file has index level greater than 1
New PROGID File – alert issued if the disk has a new PROGID’d file
New Lic. File – alert issued if the disk has a new licensed file
Corrupt File – alert issued if the disk has a corrupt file
Files over 90 – alert issued if the disk has a file that is 90%-99% full
Full Files – alert issued if the disk has a file that is full

Value – This is the value of the alert which triggered it to be generated
o
EMS # – This is the EMS # for the alert
Print – Prints the contents of table.
Export to Excel – Transfers data from currently displayed table to MS Excel.
Help – Displays help for this window.
Daily File Alerts that were generated can be accessed in the Central Display of the Archive window
only at disk level after clicking the disk and again clicking on the relevant alert in the File alerts
section as shown below.
