4-12 Alerts
4-12-1 Overview
There are two different alerts being generated, namely daily disk alerts and daily file alerts. These
alerts are based on the values set by the user in the Alert Definitions Admin. Additionally, users with
admin rights for Alerts can edit the generated alerts.
Daily Disk Alerts that were generated can be accessed in the Central Display of the Archive window
either at the node level, by clicking on the alert icon in the first column of
Volumes tab or at the disk
level after clicking the disk and again clicking on the relevant alert in the Disk alerts section as
shown below.

The following is shown in the daily disk alert window:
 Disk – name of disk with alert
 Date Navigation – This enables the user to display alerts based on a given date. Next or
Previous buttons are available to allow the user to move to alerts for next or previous day.
