The Partition Detail Window displays the secondary partitions of a partitioned file. It displays the
following information:
Volume – volume of the file
Partial Key – partial key of the file.(The
explains partial key)
Code – file code
Used % – used % of the file’s size
Size (MB) – size of file (MB); <1 is shown if less than 1 MB
Max (MB) – maximum size of file (MB); <1 is shown if less than 1 MB
RWEP – security of the file (Read, Write, Execute, Purge permissions)
Type – file type
Format – file format
Last Opened – last opened date of the file; format is yyyy-mm-dd
C – flag for corrupt file
L – flag for licensed file
P – flag for PROGID’d file (program file process is to use the file owner’s user ID as the process
access ID)
A – flag for audited file
Last Modified – last modified date of the file; format is yyyy-mm-dd
Created – creation date of the file; format is yyyy-mm-dd
Pri. Ext – primary extents of the file
Sec. Ext– secondary extents of the file
Max Ext – maximum extents of the file
Physical File – physical filename of the file
It also displays a graph corresponding to the sizes (MB) of the secondary files. The following
capabilities are also available:
Date Navigation – Enables the user to display the partition details on a given date for that file.
Next or Previous buttons are available to allow the user to move to statistics for next or previous
day.
Print – Prints the contents of the Fragmentation Table.
Export to Excel – Exports the contents of the Fragmentation Table to MS Excel.
Help – Displays the help for this window.
