Using a Memory Card
Inserting and Removing a Memory Card
Make sure to initialize all memory cards with the camcorder,
using the [Complete Initialization] option, before using them
for the first time. When you turn on the camcorder for the first
time, you will need to complete the basic setup first (A 41), and
then initialize the memory card (A 45).

Turn off the camcorder.
• Set the power switch to OFF and check that the power/
charge indicator is off.

Open the memory card slot cover.

Insert the memory card with the label facing down and
push it all the way into the memory card slot until it
clicks.
