Overview of the Camcorder's Wi-Fi Functions

Computers and Other Wi-Fi Devices

• On computers with a Wi-Fi receiver, use a Web browser to

access the camcorder and play back recordings on the device.
You can also save a local copy on the computer (A 190).

• Connect the camcorder to an access point as a media server

and play back your recordings on computers and other devices
connected to the same home network (A 204).

CANON iMAGE GATEWAY

• Connecting the camcorder to an access point (home network)

connected to the Internet, you can also share recordings on
CANON iMAGE GATEWAY and enjoy a number of Web ser-
vices, including uploading recordings to Facebook and YouTube
(A 196).
