Paper is jammed inside the MFC.
1 Open the control panel
cover by lifting it
toward you, and then
lift the top cover
toward the back.
2 Remove the jammed
paper.
3 Close the control panel cover and top cover.
Paper is jammed inside the front of the MFC.
1 Pull the paper toward
you.
Note
If the jammed paper is under the Print Head, unplug the MFC, and then you can
move the Print Head to remove the paper.
