15. Limit Switches
Instructions:
1. Remove adjustment shield.
NOTE: Gear box is shipped with
adjustment shield inverted.
2. Momentarily jog unit to verify clockwise
rotation (travel of adjusting nut 1 toward
limit switch A).
3. If unit rotates in the wrong direction, either
reverse motor leads or reverse limit switch
connections so control wires 1 and 2 go to
terminals 3 and 4 respectively, and wires 3
and 4 connect to terminals 1 and 2
respectively.
4. While motor is running in clockwise
rotation turn adjusting nut 1 with
screwdriver or finger until desired vent
location and motor is stopped.
5. In counterclockwise rotation repeat step 4
using adjusting nut 2 and limit switch B
while holding adjusting nut 1 in place.
6. Replace adjustment shield in reverse
position from which you received it from
manufacturer. Make sure that the shield
edge retains the adjusting nuts in place.
7. Replace cover to avoid dirt and humidity
entering limit switch compartment.

Breather Plugs
All gear units are supplied with 3
assembled 3/8" socket plugs.
Additional 3/8" hex breather plug, which
is tied to each unit, has to be
exchanged with the relevant upper
socket plug. (Marked in the drawings at
right by a black point -
