Ensure that the magnet sheet is attached to the bottom panel of the device. See
on page 28 and
Attaching the magnet sheet to the device

Place the magnet sheet (with the logo side now attached to the bottom panel of the device) against
the metal surface or metal wall. See the following two figures.
