It can be concerned that a value other than the input and output
port number (-1 is acceptable) or a value other than Input and
Output Board Top No. + [a multiple of 8] is input in I/O
Parameter No.2 to�9, or a value other than [a multiple of 8] is
input in I/O Parameter No.14 to 17.

I/O assignment is duplicated. Check I/O Parameter No.2 to 9,
14 to 17, card model code (input and output number) in the slot
and so on.
E21 I/O Assignment Number Overflow Error
I/O assignment has exceeded the specified range. Check I/O
Parameter No.2 to 9, 14 to 17, card model code (input and
output number) in the slot and so on.
E8F Fieldbus Logic Error It is a logic error at the Fieldbus initializing.
