Procedure to build a specified report:
1. Open Main Menu - Reports, refer chapter 2.1.
2. Set the time period: The default date is the current date in both the
‘Date From’-field and the To-field. Press the arrows to set the ‘From’
date. Press and hold the arrow to step one month at a time. Press
Next/F4 to highlight the ‘To’ date, and the arrows to set the correct
date.
3. The default report type is Total. Press the arrows to specify the report
either on Customer, Material, Truck or Location. Press Select/# to view
the total weight loaded.
4. Optionally, you can specify the report even more detailed by selecting
Customer and/or Material and/or Truck and/or Location, refer Figure
4-11 and Figure 4-12:
- Press Next/F4 to highlight the Customer-field in the upper part of
the screen.
- Either:
a. Press the customer ID number from the keypad.
b. Press the arrows to set the number.
c. Press Next/F4 to highlight the Description-field and specify
the customer by e.g. pressing the arrows or search the name
using the keypad etc.
