Procedure to adjust the material in the bucket:
1. Press and hold * for at least 1 second to cancel the bucket weight from
the running total weight. The current approximate weight is shown in
the display.
2. Move the machine to a place where the surplus material can be
dumped.
3. Shake off the material until the display shows the approximate desired
weight.
Note: The weight shown is slightly different from the actual weight,
since the bucket is not tilted rearward.
4. Retract the bucket and lower the arm when complete.
5. Press # or move the gear selector to forward drive and then back to
reverse to initiate the weighing. The machine does not have to be
moved.
6. Raise the bucket evenly from below the horizontal level. The load is
now re-weighed.
3.8 Shakeoff to Truck
If shakeoff to truck has been set in Parameter Setup II, refer Figure 3-6, the
operator can shake off part of the load onto the truck; the material delivered
to the truck is added to the running total.
Procedure for shakeoff to truck:
1. Press and hold * for at least 1 second to cancel the bucket weight from
the running total weight. The current weight of the material delivered
to the truck is 0 kg.
2. Shake off material until the display shows the approximate desired
weight delivered to the truck.
Note: The weight shown is slightly different from the actual weight,
since the bucket is not tilted rearward.
3. Retract the bucket and lower the arm when complete.
4. Press # or move the gear selector to forward drive and then back to
reverse to initiate the weighing. The machine does not have to be
moved.
