Note! The system will block the automatic weighing function and indicate
the requirement with the message ‘Adjust Zeropoint’ until the zeropoint
adjustment has been performed.
Procedure for deleting attachment calibration data:
x Enable the calibration switch, refer Figure 1-1.
x Open Main Menu - Change Attachment, refer chapter 2.1.
x Highlight the correct attachment.
x Press and hold Clear/F3 for 3 seconds; the entry will change to
“Unspecified” (red font).
3.6 Zeropoint Adjustment
A zeropoint adjustment must be carried out each time the machine has been
idle for a while, or at least every 2 hour. During normal operation, the
zeropoint can be adjusted up to
r 4% of max load.
The LOADTRONIC 3 display shows a request for the operator to perform a
new zero point adjustment 10 minutes before the system is blocked (the load
will show ‘
**** ’ when the system is blocked).
Procedure for a zeropoint adjustment:
1. Ensure that the attachment is empty.
2. Position the machine on level ground. The attachment must be fully
retracted.
3. Press >0 to enter the zero point adjustment sub menu.
4. Press Start/# to start the adjustment.
Note! If the bucket is not fully retracted, an error message appears on the
screen: ‘Bucket’, refer Figure 3-8. Retract the bucket and press Start.
