l/F3 to toggle
between the index field and the text field. Press Edit/F2 to edit the
description. Use the keypad to type the material description.
- Press F2 to toggle between capital and small letters.
- Press F3 to clear the last letter.
- Press F4 to clear all letters.
Press Save/# to store the material description with the material number in the
library.
Truck Description:
Press job record/F3 and open the correct record number. Press Next/F4 until
the Truck ID/description is highlighted.
Press the arrows repeatedly to open the desired truck number. If the number
is assigned to a specific truck, the truck description will show in the text
field else the text reads ‘unspecified’. Press
l/F3 to toggle between the
index field and the text field. Press Edit/F2 to edit the description. Use the
keypad to type the truck description.
- Press F2 to toggle between capital and small letters.
- Press F3 to clear the last letter.
- Press F4 to clear all letters.
Press Save/# to store the truck description with the truck number in the
library.
Location Details
Press job record/F3 and open the correct record number. Press Next/F4 until
the Location ID/description is highlighted.
Press the arrows repeatedly to open the desired location number. If the
number is assigned to a specific location, the place will show in the text field
else the text reads ‘unspecified’. Press

field and the text field. Press Edit/F2 to edit the location. Use the keypad to
type the location.
