CAUTION: Be careful to slowly place the assembly in a
vertical position, AVOIDING A RAPID DROP of the
Ceramic Sleeve and Spacer to the bottom of the
Reactor.
If not carefully inverted, the Ceramic Sleeve and
Spacer will damage the bottom of the Reactor by
dropping too fast.
3.3 Catalytic Reactor Packing
The following figures represent the packing used for the catalytic
oxidation method.
The optimum furnace operating temperature is between 680°C and
750°C. The lower the temperature, the longer the life of the catalyst.

1. Loosely pack Ceramic Wool at bottom of Reactor base.
2. Pour catalyst into Reactor.
3. Loosely pack Ceramic Wool on top of catalyst.
