after reviewing changes to its permissions if necessary.

Update all to update all the applications with updates that don’t have
permissions changes.
The
Update all button is available only if you have more than one update that
doesn’t require you to approve changes to permissions.
Set whether you’re notified about updated applications

On the Android Market home screen, press Menu
and touch
Settings.

Touch the Notifications menu to set whether you want to be notified of updates to
the applications you’ve downloaded.

OK.
Uninstall an application
You can uninstall applications you downloaded from Market using Market. You can
also uninstall applications you downloaded from Market and from other locations in
the Settings application’s Manage Applications screen (see “Uninstall an application”
on page 349).
