4 RESPONSE TO UPS FAILURE
Depress “SILENCE ALARM” icon on Main Menu.
Refer to the list of fault codes in section 6.0 for error
description.
Take necessary action according to display guidance.
When faults happen, contact the Authorized Toshiba Service
Representatives or call Toshiba International Corporation at
1-800-231-1412.

The error code indicated on the LCD display panel when an UPS
alarms is very important.
In order to reduce repair time, please include this information,
along with the operation and load status for all correspondence
to Toshiba field service group.
