Plumbing and connection options
A.2.1 Remove the T-fitting
When using the 2-parameter configuration, the T-fitting from the
first analyzer drain tube must be removed and reused to connect
the drain tube from the first analyzer to the second analyzer.
The T-fitting is used to connect the drain tube. To remove the
T-fitting refer to
and the following steps:
1. Remove the drain tube from both ends of the T-fitting.
2. Remove the drain tube assembly.
3. Reconnect the T-fitting as described in Options 4, 6, 8b, 9b,
10b, and 11b.
A.3 Drain line considerations
Always place the drain tubing so that there is a continuous fall
(minimum 3°) and the outlet is clear (not pressurized). Make sure
the drain tubing is no longer than 2 meters.
A.4 Tubing considerations
The analyzer uses four different tubing types for plumbing
connections. The type of tubing used depends on the instrument
configuration:
