The limit (y) LED is
flashing
The device is in an operating state other than standard
control mode or the
Autotune function.
See section „8.3“.
The Error LED is on
Minor fault; for example the
Autotune function has failed. Repeat the Autotune
function or reset the device to acknowledge the fault.
The Error LED flashes
The residual ripple of the supply voltage is too high.
Use a power supply with a smooth output voltage at
the required power.
A major fault has occurred, for example: defective
sensor or internal voltage fault.
Return the device to the manufacturer to have the fault
repaired.
The sensor was operated above the permitted maximum
operating pressure.
Reduce the operating pressure.
Return the device to the manufacturer to have the fault
repaired.
No flow-rate available
The set-point value is below the limit for the zero point
shut-off.
Increase the set-point value to > 2% of the nominal
flow-rate.
The device is in an operating state other than standard
control mode.
Check the operating state; see also section „8.3“.
The lines have been sized too large or may not yet have
been completely deaerated.
Deaerate the lines.
Change the line diameter.
