CONSIDERATIONS:

The high level must be greater than the low level.

The difference between the levels must conform to 0.5V
≤ difference ≤ 10V

The low level may not be less than the low limit.
4.12.1.4 Predefined High Voltage Level
This command is used to set the predefined high level of the pulse. The pulse will be set when the
predefined USER levels are invoked to this high level.
