Mounting the MLM-WB
The MLM-WB is heavy—about 36 pounds (over 16 kg) without the VCR,
MLC, or AAP devices. To avoid back strain during installation, have
someone help you unpack the MLM-WB, hold it while you mark screw
locations, and help you attach it to the wall.
CAUTION Installation and service must be performed by Extron authorized personnel or
a qualified electrician only.
Install the cables into the wall or conduits before installing the wall box, the VCR,
the MLC, and any AAP devices.
The installation must conform to national and local electrical codes and to the
equipment’s size requirements.
