0 = Always on (default).
1 = Off, when muted.
2 = Blink, when muted.
X1( = Name is a text string of up to 24 alpha-numeric characters and a minus sign or hyphen
(-). No blank or space characters are permitted. No distinction between upper and lower
case. The first letter must be a letter, and the last character must not be a minus sign or
hyphen.
Default: MPS-601.

0 to 63 (default=32)
