INSTRUCTIONS:

SUGGESTION:
Please read all steps and the notes below before starting any work!

1. Remove stock pegs/floorboard mounts from your motorcycle.

2. The mounting brackets are left and right side specific. Install mounting brackets in same holes vacated when you removed the stock
mounts using the supplied hardware.

3. To determine your optimal floorboard position you may wish to experiment with the placement of the "T" bracket on the holes in the
bottom of the Shortboards. Loosen the 10-32 set screws from the side of the "T" bracket, this will allow the 5/16-18 cap head bolts to be
unscrewed and removed so the position can be changed. Find the passengers most preferred position, reinstall the 5/16-18 cap head bolts
and tighten them firmly. Then tighten the 10-32 set screws to keep the cap head bolts from unscrewing.

NOTES:
Your new Shortboards come partially assembled for shipping. Please follow these simple assembly procedures to properly install these
on your motorcycle. We recommend the use of Blue Locktite® on all fasteners.

The pivots allow the floorboard to attach to the mounting brackets (sold separately) and what allows the boards angle to change. The
"T" brackets attach to the holes in the bottom of the floorboards and provide you the ability to adjust the board's position to best suit
your passengers needs.

You must first select your preferred hole. The upper hole will place the floorboards in a flat position and the lower hole/s provides an
angled mounting position for added comfort and control.

SUGGESTIONS:
The second hole is the most preferred position.
See instructions that may be included with the mounting brackets for specific instructions.

IMPORTANT:
We recommend you re-tighten all mounting bolts after 100 miles.

Our install guides provide a basic outline on the proper installation of our products. Further tuning and/or

fitment may be required. Barons bears no responsibility on installation costs associated with this product.
