Oil Cooler Diverter Kit
CAUTION: Do not attempt to install this product on a HOT ENGINE! Baron
developed this part for use with the oil cooler and oil lines we use in our
complete oil cooler kit. We bear no responsibility for any other use or
application of these parts.

INCLUDED IN THE KIT:
(1) O Ring
(2) Chrome Elbows
(2) Chrome Nipples
(1) Special Filter Nipple
(1) Oil Diverter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Drain engine oil.
2. Remove stock oil filter.
3. Remove threaded OEM oil filter nipple from filter holder.
4. Install o-ring in groove of supplied oil diverter.
5. Install diverter plate (using supplied special oil filter nipple) with o-ring facing engine. Tighten securely.
6. Install new oil filter. Tighten to factory specs.
7. Install elbows to diverter plate using Teflon tape on threads.
8. Install nipples into elbows using Teflon tape on threads. Tighten securely.
9. Install the oil cooler of your choice.
10. Use oil line of at least 300 PSI.
11. Refill engine oil to correct level.
12. Start engine and check for leaks. Recheck for any oil leaks after 50 miles of riding.
