Baron Fiberglass Fenders

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pre-fit all fenders BEFORE you paint them.
2. Our fenders are rough trimmed from the mold, they should be trimmed with a cutoff tool or dremel for the
final shape and fit.
3. Check clearance on lowered rear suspensions with the rear fully collapsed.
4. Check front fender for corner clearance, forward control clearance, tool bag clearance, etc.
5. Check rear caliper for clearance (rear caliper must be relocated on some models).
6. Check tire clearance. Trim as necessary.
7. Are you frenching-in lights or license? Check the clearance.
8. Drill any holes you need for seat mounting, pillion brackets, luggage mounting, light mounting, fender
trim, rear racks, license mounting, etc. prior to painting.
9. Sand gel coat with 320 grit and prime.
10. Finish-sand primer with 400 wet/dry paper and apply base coat.
Note: Pre mount fender before you paint!
