Torque Master - Yamaha Road Star
Revision: 1.4 - 08/17/2010
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove carburetor(s) from intake manifold (s).
2. Insert Torque Master into the intake manifold, with the sharp teeth facing towards the motor, away from the
carburetor.
* Torque Masters are to be installed inboard into the intake manifold and will seat flush against the back of the
carburetor receiving groove in the manifold.
* This is a very tight fit. It is sometimes easier to insert the Torque Master into the manifold by tilting it and
starting one side first, then pushing the other side into place using your fingers or the handle of a small
screwdriver.
3. With the Torque Master installed, insert the carburetor(s) back into the intake manifolds and tighten the
mounting clamps.
Our Torque Master will not be affected by fuel octane, altitude, weather or changes to exhaust systems,
carburetor needles or jetting. They work independently of these items/conditions.
Our install guides provide a basic outline on the proper installation of our products. Further tuning and/or
fitment may be required. Barons bears no responsibility on installation costs associated with this product.
