How to Remove Columns from the Element List

To remove columns from the element list, proceed as follows:

1. Right-click a column header and select Organize.

2. The Select Columns window opens:

3. To select the column(s) you wish to remove from the view, do one of the

following:

double-click the column(s) you wish to remove from the view on the right
pane
OR

select them in the Visible Columns area on the right pane and press the

left blue arrow

OR

drag them onto the ‘() Columns’ area.

Use CTRL + click to select multiple columns.

Use SHIFT + click to select a range of columns.

4. Click OK to confirm or Cancel to exit without applying the changes.

Save Grid Organisation

When the user save the grid organization from a bin or from the main tree view of
a Database Explorer, the same grid organization will be applied to:

the Clips tree and the Clip view in bins

the Playlists tree and the Playlists view in bins

the Timelines tree and the Timelines view in bins

Different grid organizations may be applied to different Database Explorer
windows.

You can change the sort order of data in a column by clicking the column header.

The column header which is used for sorting is marked in blue. The little red

triangle indicates the sorting order. Clicking the column header again changes the
sorting order from ascending to descending or vice versa.
